Islamorada is in the Florida Keys, between Key Largo and the Duck Key. It has 14 miles of secluded beaches just for the hotels and cottages that are for rent. It is a great place to go to be alone, if you want to think, or have time to rekindle that romance.
We stayed in a cottage that was right on the beach. You open your French doors and the salty sea air permeates your nostrils.
