A travel journal to Denver by recordnerd
Quote: Denver has been called the most livable city in the nation, and with good reason. With stellar cultural offerings like the renowned symphony orchestra, it has many of the same features that bigger cities do, while being laid-back at the same time. And it's not like you'll really miss more cosmpolitan amenities, thanks to beautiful scenery that's capped with seemingly endless clear skies.

Rain or shine, many come to Watercourse at least once a week to share in the knowledge that veggie meals don't have to bland. For lunch, try the tempeh scallopini, fried in the house's delicious mushgroom gravy; for dinner, I'd suggest the monti pasta with garlic, shallots, and brie.
Vegan? Allergic? Just can't stand cheese? No problem! The cute and friendly servers will be happy to accommodate your gastronomic needs.
The restaurant, situated some meters from the capitol, is easy to miss if you're not familiar with the area. Just follow the delicious smell of carrot cake emanating from their bakery.
