Carnival redone

A March 2004 trip to Mexican Riviera by 999MARY

The ship was packed full -- the dining room was much too loud to have a natural conversation with your dining mates...when ship was ashore, the pools were empty and wonderful -- afloat, they were packed.

Narrowboating is somewhat like living in a motor home --- narrow, but complete. We had a one-bedroom boat and thought it quite spacious for two adult seniors. I don't think we ever used the gas oven, but heated things in the microwave a lot. The shower worked beautifully, and the toilet flushed adequately. We mostly ate dinner in the evening at pubs along the way -- took home the leftovers for lunch.
