Quote: Basa Lake, CA, is a nice little comunity in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Mountains. It was only 13 miles to Yosemite National Park and a two-hour drive to the Giant Sequioa National Park. We had a nice, relaxing, and enjoyable vacation at Bass Lake, CA.

Golf course on the other side of Oakhust, CA.Best Things About the Resort:The best thing about this resort is its closeness to Yosemite National Park.Resort Experience:We spent every day either touring Yosemite National Park or using the golf course by Oakhurst, CA, about a 10-minute drive from our condo. The Giant Sequoia National Park is just two hours away too. I was disappointed that we could not see the mountains from our unit or from the resort.
