The Fort of San Diego is an excellent museum that’s worthy of a few hours. It’s beautiful, interesting, informative, and creative – as an added bonus, it’s air-conditioned.
Down the block is the Mask Museum with masks from all over the world. It is small, but well done, attractive, and comprehensive.
We also did the water park where swimming with the dolphins was a major event. It was well supervised, a major high point for the kids, and an unforgettable experience.
