Galician food is very simple, but the quality of the products used makes it really rich. Eating in Galicia means pleasure and also huge amounts of food, and although you may have never tried some of the products, believe me, they are really worth it.
Pulpo á féira is boiled octopus with olive oil and paprika. Perhaps this animal is not your cup of tea, but if it's well cooked (neither very well done, nor very rare), it's really enjoyable. My favourite part is when you take a piece of bread, another "delicacy", and dunk it in the oil. . . yummy!!!
