Overview

Great area to visit the Confederate Air Museum, and the Texas Air Museum.

Short driving distance to South Padre Island and Port Isabel, both of which are great places to visit.

Quick Tips:

Drive to the Mexico border, leave car at border and take walking tour of Mexico.

Best Way To Get Around:

I found it easier to get a map of the area and drive to most of the places I wanted to go, except Mexico - would suggest using public transportation to go over the border.

Clean, nice place to stay and use as a base for visiting the area. Large living/dining area, nice large bedrooms with king-size bed and two twins, plus sleep sofa. In a nice location.

Really nice, lots to do in the area, good location

Resort Experience:
2 bedroom and a sofa that converts to a double bed. Privacy in Master Bedroom. Large living/dining area. Both dining and master bedroom have doors opening to patio, with view of swimming pool. Everything clean and neat.
