Week in Paradise

We had an excellent standard room with a balcony facing the ocean. The unit was exceptionally clean and the staff most helpful. There was inside/outside dining and lounge, a poolside bar, and a grotto with a waterfall.

Best Things Nearby:
Wailua Municipal Golf Course. Don't let the name fool you -- with a price of $44 on weekends and a location in a coconut palm grove directly on the ocean, those qualities alone make it amazing.

Best Things About the Resort:
Directly on the ocean and centrally located to all island activities. Nightly "Lighting of the Torches" at the Radisson.

Resort Experience:
We stayed in an excellent one-bedroom two-bathroom unit on the ground floor facing the ocean. The unit was exceptionally clean and the staff most helpful. Amenities are improved by sharing with the Radisson Hotel (on the property) where we spent our first night.

They provide reef education and reef-conscious diving from a hard-bottom zodiac. First a short ride to see whales and porpoises (within arm's length), then snorkel on the reef, then out a little to snorkel where the sea turtles live. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!
