A March 2004 trip to Laredo by lobosolo

Traveling with my job means visiting a lot of Mexican restaurants and interesting places. This one I visited just to have dinner after work.

Restaurant | "Coyote Creek Grill and Cantina"

After a long day at work with my calendar sales, I stopped here because I had been here before and liked it. Food and service are both great and the place has different rooms all in different decors. Twice now I have been in the Texas Saddleroom, which is one of the - I believe it´s seven - in the place. They cater and can have groups accommodated on reservations made in advance. If you like barbecue this is a good spot to ask for it - I had the Texas trio, a beer and a delicious flan (custard) all for under $20. Don´t miss it on your way in or out of Mexico.
