Windjammer Landing/ Island Retreat

This lovely resort is perched high on a mountain and overlooks Labriolet Bay with views of Castries. The water is delightful and the resort has plenty of activities available for those who wish. We enjoyed sailing and snorkeling. The sunsets are fantastic, as is the staff!

Quick Tips:

We took a taxi from the airport last year and this time were brave enough to rent a car. The native drivers are very courteous and we did not feel uncomfortable, as we would have in other places. It was nice to have the car so that we could explore, although it was pricey. However, I would certainly say relying on a taxi is reasonable.

Best Way To Get Around:

The accommodations are excellent here. We had a very spacious one-bedroom villa with a great plunge pool built into the deck. Everything looks out onto the water. The villa was spotless and the service impeccable.
