A Warm Getaway

A January 2004 trip to Puerto Vallarta by mufferoo

We stayed at Los Tules in a three-bedroom unit. It was very spacious. The accommodations were five-star. The weather this year was not very good. Usually, we have lots of warm sunshine, but this time we had lots of rain. The weather is the highlight for us in Puerto Vallarta.

We used our regular timeshare week. We stayed in a three-bedroom unit, which was very spacious and overlooked the ocean. It was nice and clean.

We were very daring and ate at quite a few local restaurants -- the food was very good. The portions were big and we got real personal service.

Municipal Market (Flea Market)Best of IgoUgo

Attraction | "Flea markets"

It's interesting to see what is for sale in the markets, but after a while, everything is kind of the same and if you don't buy anything, they call you cheap, or they follow you and hound you to buy something. It's neat to go for a cup of lemonade in the little restaurants in the flea market.
