A December 2003 trip to Manila by Yvette LaMonte

I want to share with the RCI community a few points of interest if they plan to visit this part of the world. Where to stay, where to show, what to see in the surrounding provinces, and some traveler's tips on what to do/not do.

Tropicana Apartment/Hotel

Hotel

This is an excellent place to stay! It was clean and the employees were very hospitable. It is walking distance to a major shopping mall, Robinsons. There is a travel agency next door as well as a restaurant on the other side of the building. We have a two-bedroom apartment which had two twin beds and one private bath as well as an extra bath off the kitchen. It was furnished with a TV, refrigerator, cooking utensils, complete.
