The area was just fantastic and had a real holiday and beach atmosphere to it. There was a big supermarket supplying all sorts of things needed for a beach vacation and lots of restaurants were close by also. The area was beautiful; the resort, however, was not great. We were in one of the units across the road and I would not recomend them. The unit was very old-fashioned and very dark. Quick Tips: We went to the "Cafe on the Beach" for some food, which was nice and very affordable. It is only a short drive to Sarasota, which is such a nice place, with lots of restaurants and shops on St Armands Circle.Best Way To Get Around: There was a free trolley service availabl...Read More

There were few people around, very peaceful. The outdoor hottub was great.The staff was friendly. Resort Experience:I didn´t feel very comfortable in the unit.
