When you leave San Juan, you get to see what PR is all about. The people and history this island has to offer the most discerning tourist. See and enjoy the beaches, try the food or just simply let your eyes roam free through the luscious greenery.

Quick Tips:

To enjoy Pr you really need a week. Anything less would leave you with a feeling of unfinished business. There are three major areas to visit. The capital city of San Juan, the city of Ponce in the south and the city of Mayaguez in the west. think about four days in san juan and two on each alternate city.

Best Way To Get Around:

Driving is the best option, after you leave the metro area, traffic jams will be minimal. There is ample signage that indiacte where to go, and this being an island, there is no way you are going to get THAT lost. All major car reantals are here and have representation in the airport.

This is a phosphorescent bay located in La Parguera PR. This is one of maybe five bays in all of the world. The tour takes you and then lets you dive in. You will shine and see the fishes swimming and leaving a trail of fluorescence in their wake. The kids love it.
