There were plenty of excursions to choose from. We chose to take the shopping tour. The most memorable from the tour was the zoo we went to (I can't remember the name of it). It was awesome! The tour guide was wonderful. He told you all about the talapia, alligators, and the other animals you get to see there. We also got to stop at one of the local liquor stores.

This resort is mandatory all-inclusive. You eat buffet style everyday and the cafeteria is only open at certain times so be sure to get there and get a table. The staff was awesome. They were very accommodating and helpful.

Quick Tips:

Don't miss out on the pool. We preferred this to the ocean. The ocean was full of seaweed and wasn't very clear. If you book through RCI, the rooms are much nicer. Try to have them put you in the middle of the resort so that you can be close to everything.

Best Way To Get Around:

Other than going on the excursion, we didn't need to leave the resort. Driving not a good idea if you are use to driving in the US. You drive on the opposite side of the road in the Bahamas.
We stayed in a room with two double beds. We had to switch rooms the first day because the first room we were in had bugs. The front desk was extremely friendly and accommodating. Other than that, the accommodations were nice--not luxurious, but nice. This is a nice resort to take the family to if you can get past all the timeshare solicitations. Unfortunately, we did not book this vacation through RCI, and upon our arrival, we found out that RCI has much nicer rooms (suites). If you go, book through RCI and get a one- or two-bedroom. Not the hotel if you can help it.
