I'm terrified of heights and becoming more and more claustrophobic everyday. So what, you ask, would cause me to get in a crowded elevator and zoom up a thousand feet in the air? My kids wanting to ride these two thrill rides, of course. No one goes for free, even non-riders pay for the view. But it's worth it, believe me.
We waited all week for the winds to calm down enough for this one to be operating, and it was worth the wait. We chose to go at night, to take in all the lights from the strip. It's amazing, all those lights flickering and how busy it all is and then just a few miles out, complete and total darkness.
