An Absolute Dream Destination

Overview

Quote:
There is something for everyone to do in Cancun. If you are a party lover then Senor Frog's or Coco Bongo is the place to go to. Then if you want to catch a tan and relax, the beach is just outside your hotel room and the sparkling blue pools are just a few steps away from your award-winning hotel resorts with swim up bars. Other than that if you want to indulge in a spa treatment, Spa Palace is the place to be at. Spa Treatment center is the America's largest spa center with over 180 rooms just for treatments alone.Quick Tips: If you are staying at an all-inclusive, do not eat in between meals because the main courses are so divine that if you eat all the time you can't enjoy yo...Read More

Aventura Spa Palace All-Inclusive

Hotel | "Aventura Spa Palace"

Best Things Nearby:Cozemel, Xpu-Ha, and Tulum (30 minute drive).Best Things About the Resort:Secluded. Adults only, so there are no children running around. It has its own private lagoon for snorkeling and swimming.Resort Experience:I am a travel consultant and we are given a chance to go on educational trips to different places to see the hotels and the sights. By far, Spa Palace in Cancun is the best I have seen. This Gold Crown RCI resort has superior dining facilities, excellent spa facilities, great accommodations, with each room having a private double Jacuzzi tub, with an ocean view and a hammock. The Spa Palace is an adult-only resort, thus makin...Read More

Best Things Nearby:Golf.Best Things About the Resort:Jacuzzi tub in your room. All rooms with an ocean view or pool side view.Resort Experience:Top RCI Gold Crown resort. Great restaurants, great evening entertainment. It is not as private as The Spa Resort because the Moon Palace allows children and the Spa Resort does not. This is also an all-inclusive resort so you can eat as much as you can and drink as much as you can. The pool at Moon Palace is the largest pool in Cancun. There is also a swim-up bar, which is really cool and two whirlpool hot tubs by the side of the main pool. Unit Type: ...Read More

Bugambilias

Restaurant

Quote:
If you want a real taste of Mexican, then Bugambilias is the place to try out Mexico's finest tastes. Great desserts as well but what you must really try is a Mayan coffee at the end of your dinner. It is similiar to an Irish coffee but the waiter/ waitress will come up to your table and make it for you using fire and alcohol. Get the camera ready because it is worth a shot.

Also great for entertainment, as while you are eating your dinner there is a group a three Mexican musicians that come up to your table and sing to you whilst you are eating. If you are a honeymooner, then they will play a soft romantic song, but if you prefer a fast song they will sing anything you want.

Tulum Mayan Ruins

Attraction | "Tulum"

Quote:
Okay, first of all, Tulum is where the ancient Mayan ruins are found. If you like history and want to know about ruins, this is the place to go. It is steeped in history and with the beach just on the other side, it makes a perfect day visit. The only thing to watch out for is the snakes. I was walking though the grass and a grass snake was moving through the grass. My colleague happened to kick though the grass, screamed when he saw the snake, and, panicking, kicked it right onto me. It coiled itself around my leg and after screaming and yelling for dear life, it slithered back into the grass. The tour guide came running over to me to see if I was bitten, but luckily it was not a poisonous s...Read More
