Lake of the Ozarks

Monarch Butterfly Photo, Osage Beach, Missouri
The fall foliage is beautiful around the Lake of the Ozarks.

The accommodations at WorldMark are very good.

Best of all, however, is the friendliness of the staff. Everyone we met was very friendly and helpful.

Quick Tips:

Try the Happy Fisherman restaurant - great food, especially the rock shrimp. Butterfly House was nice also - pictures of several butterflies posted.

Best Way To Get Around:

You need a car to fully enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks area. Also, a boat (rentals available locally) would be a great way to enjoy the beauty of this lake. The lake is about 90 miles long and has more shoreline than does the state of California!
