The Playa Dorado Resort has a number of hotels which offer all inclusive service at a reasonable price. Golfing at the Playa Dorado Resort is on a Robert Trent Jones course and tee times are readily available. The price, including caddy, will not exceed 70 dollars. A trip about an hour east of the Playa Dorado will take you to the Playa Grande Resort and Golf Course. This course is called 'the Pebble Beach of the Caribbean.' The scenery is awesome, the course is challenging for both the high and low handicapper and the price is reasonable. This Robert Trent Jones Course will cost you about 120 dollars, including caddy. The Flamenco Hotel has four restaurants; three are part of the the all-inclusive package, while the fourth has a surcharge. The restaurants are a steakhouse, an Italian, a Mexican and a large buffet. The fourth restaurant with the surcharge has Spanish cuisine. The food is good in the standard restaurants and excellent in the Spanish restaurant. The resort at Playa Dorado has a number of restaurants serving a la carte menus. They offer cuisine from English Pub food to Chinese.
