A September 2003 trip to Oxnard by BonBB

Quote: Went with friends and family to visit my son that lives in Santa Barbara. Stayed at the Channel Island Resort in Oxnard. It was only 30 miles from my son. We loved it, a place I could certainly return to. The people were very friendly.

We had a great dinner sitting outside. They moved two tables around to the side to accommodate us and two Irish wolfhounds that my son's friends brought along. We had excellent service. The chef came out to talk to us. The restaurant is in Santa Barbara.
