We then proceeded to the lobby and I went over to the desk. There was another individual this time and I asked him about the package that we purchased. He informed me that we booked the concierge floor but the lounge is closed on the weekends and he would give me coupons for 1 continental breakfast and beverage and another set of coupons for 1 appetizer and 1 beverage. I asked him why 1 when there were two of us. He said it only included one coupon. I was a little annoyed but my husband said not to bother arguing. It was not worth it. We later used the coupons in the hotel bar/bistro. We ordered two appetizers and two drinks. Later on the waitress came over and said everything was taken care of. We ended up getting all of it for free. The same thing happened for breakfast. They actually went to the front desk and asked for another coupon for my husband and my self. It was definitely worth the price we paid for the room.
A normal room was $89 for a night. We paid $109 for the executive room. We definitely received more than $20 in food and beverage. I would recommend this hotel. I was not thrilled with the front desk but everything worked out with the great service in the bistro/bar.
