Best Things Nearby:Near everything. 5 minutes from Disney. Shopping all around. It was less than 20 minutes from Orlando airport. Restaurants all around.Best Things About the Resort:We were only there for the weekend, so we didn't do much at the resort. Gatorland

Attraction | "Gatorland Airboat Rides"

You go out for about 2 1/2 hours (lunch is provided) and then they take you back. Their airboats hold only 6 people so the guide is able to make the tour very personal. He was able to have conversations with us, not just using a tour guide script. We saw gators, of course, bald eagles, and many other birds. The cypress trees were huge and the guide would stop and point out things he saw or explain things we pointed out. He served club sandwiches under a huge cypress tree. There were 4 of us in our group, plus 2 others....Read More
