Dinner was at the Burning Tree restaurant in Otter Creekon the island. It is out of the bustle of the tourist harbor area and quite unpretentious, but don’t let that fool you. This is no small town eatery. The menu is mostly seafood with attention to vegetarian and dieters’ needs and displays the chefs’ versatility. The appetizers could provide a meal in themselves if a combination of the delightful offerings of soup, meat, seafood, vegetable and salad were chosen.
