The area is remote. Horseback riding was okay. I met a lot of New Yorkers, who are nice people. Planned outings: NYC, Philly, Vineyard, Holley Ross Pottery, and Candy Factory. Many daily family activities.

Nice place for the retired community. Many children's activities. Not a party place. Nice villas. Make sure to take coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, etc. The villas have NOTHING. Best Way To Get Around:
You really need to have a vehicle. There is a trolley, but it is a matter of catching it. The nearest market, McDonalds, Wendy's, etc is a ways down the road.
