Oh wow, did we have fun! We got up early and drove down from Princeville to Koloa - about an hour in the wee hours. Met up with the divers, we took the van down to the dock and onto a somewhat small boat and off we went.
The first dive was at Zack's Pocket - bottom time of 32min and max depth of 70 ft. Visibility of 70-90ft. We saw many different fish, eels, corals but no turtles. There was a very strong current though - quite interesting.
The second dive was at Harbor Ledges - its a new site for the company so the name might end up changing. We were at a depth of 64ft with a bottom time of 35min. What a wonderful place - there were turtles everywhere. Its just so amazing diving

We were lucky; the water was calm and beautiful all day. As these were my third and fourth dives (I don't count my test ones), the whole experience was quite wonderful. I can't wait to go back again.
The Fathom Five crew was fantastic. Very patient (I was still a bit nervous), very nice, and had wonderful stories to tell. I will be using them again when I go back to Kauai.
