Quote: My family and I invited my sister to meet us at Panorama. This was the first holiday together for my sister and I in about 20 years. This was also our first family holiday there since the new Greywolf golf course had been completed, as well as the new creekside and upper timeshare units.

The best things to do depend on what you're into. Outdoor enthusiasts can hike on the trails, go horseback riding, ride on ATVs, go on Jeep tours, go whitewater rafting, or go fishing. Athletic persons can golf, swim, mountain bike, or play tennis. People who want to relax can soak up the sun on their unit deck/balcony or around the swimming pools.Quick Tips: If you're into golfing book your tee times a month or more in advance. Go to the resort activity centre as soon as possible to make bookings for whitewater rafting and horseback riding. Purchase cheaper family packages for the different activities. Best Things Nearby:The beautiful Purcell Mountains, Windermere Valley, Windermere Lake, and Fairmont and Radium Hot Springs.Best Things About the Resort:Its location in a pristine natural environment. The opportunity to do as much or as little as you want.Resort Experience:Our family likes this timeshare so much that we go there almost every other year. Since 1989, we've been there at least seven times. The unit is definitely large enough for our family of three. Until the building of the new creekside and upper timeshare units, the unit we stay at was the most modern and was used as a VIP unit. We enjoy the multitude of activities and amenities the r...Read More

Grey Wolf Golf Course Photo, Panorama, British Columbia
Quote:
Grey Wolf lives up to its billing as one of the best new golf courses in Canada. It's only three years old and the course has gotten better every year. The mountain scenery is fantastic and you never know when you'll run into some wildlife, including ground squirrels, deer, grouse, and bears. Yes, the occasional bear has been sited -- friends of mine saw a mother grizzly and her two cubs cross the fairway ahead of them. I've golfed Grey Wolf four times in two visits to the area and every time has been wonderful.
