The Idaho State Capitol is located in a nicely landscaped section of Boise with flowers and trees located a various places on the ground. Fellow IgoUgo guide, SN Dianne, showed me around the building and I immediately noticed the colorful rotunda dome, plus the gold statue of George Washington located in the rotunda.
