Birthday in Baltimore

Overview

Quote:
We love to stay at Inner Harbor when in Baltimore, MD. It's beautifully lit up at night. The shopping is great and so are the many restaurants. Philip's Seafood is a favorite of ours. The paddleboats are fun and the National Aquarium is a must see. I enjoyed going to see Ft. McHenry for the first time. This is where Francis Scott Key wrote the Star Spangled Banner and history comes alive here. The park rangers are very informative. Camden Yards is near. The home of the Baltimore Orioles. The Gallery Shops have everything. Dinner Cruises are available. There is something for everyone. Quick Tips: It's hard to drive when there is an Oriole's or Raven's game going on.Best Way T...Read More

Marriott Baltimore Waterfront

Hotel | "Marriott Waterfront"

This is a beautiful hotel overlooking the water on Inner Harbor. The sight is breathtaking. The room is elegantly decorated with comfort as a top priority. There is an indoor pool and health club. The hotel has 32 floors and a very helpful staff. Parking is plentiful.

It is located near all Inner Harbor activities and many fine waterfront dining restaurants, as well as Little Italy. We wouldn't stay anywhere else when we go to Baltimore.

Phillips Harborplace

Restaurant | "Phillips Seafood Restaurant"

This is a casual seafood restaurant with an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet. The restaurant overlooks Baltimore's Inner Harbor and is located in the mall with other restaurants and shopping. Phillip's is known for its crabcakes and they are excellent. There is a large selection of seafood to fit everyone's taste. It's a very nice place to eat for a casual seafood dinner. Phillip's also has restaurants in Annapolis and Washington D. C., where the atmosphere is a little less casual, but the food remains the same great seafood expected at Phillip's.
