We were a group of seven headed from the airport with online directions and sure glad we had them. If you don’t live in Houston, this place seems like a hard place to find. When we got to the place, we were told our reservations were just given away because we were half an hour late. Darn, we should have called because we knew we were running late from having to get our rental cars and everything else. Since this was a Thursday night, that just shows how popular this place is so you'd better make reservations.
We went upstairs where they have the bar and lounge and it also had a small patio with a few tables and chairs. That would have been ideal because no one from our group smoked and the lounge was not real smoky but enough so. The cocktails were very well made, and we ordered appetizers -- the shrimp and pecan dumplings were my favorite, but the other two was very good too. For dinner, I had the orrichete pasta with grilled chicken – the portion was huge and it was only $15.45. I got to try the sea bass which was excellent. All the food items were delicious looking and tasting. I highly recommend a visit to this place.
