Resort Experience:
This was one of the WORST experiences we've ever had at a resort destination. The service was poor except when the staff was "letting us relax" while they prepared our room, which was in reality a tactic to give us the first of many timeshare pitches.
The walkway to and from our room was a LONG ramp that had to be navigated uphill every time you wanted to leave the resort.
Our first room had a leaky toilet requiring that we be moved. When we were moved to the second room, our ocean view was partially blocked by a wall. We requested to be moved again, but were told the resort was completely booked (something we later discovered was untrue).
The swimming pool was FILTHY with debris floating in it every day we were there. When we went down first thing each morning, the debris from the previous afternoon was still there.
The food was not palatable. We ate lunch our first day at the poolside grill. The calimari was burned and tough and the nachos were greasy, all at prices that were on the top end of the scale. The food was so bad we turned down the opportunity to eat for free at the special welcome buffet.
The only good things about this resort were our walks on the beach and that the bad food and service encouraged us to travel OUTSIDE the resort to experience many of the great things about Cabo.
Don't waste your money!
PS We were called in our room EVERY day and encouraged to attend a timeshare presentation, an invitation we refused.
PPS We bought a timeshare at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach.
