The lobby is extremely small and hosts too many different activities. You have to work around the front desk, a bar, a leisure area, a restaurant, and the entry to the pool. There is also an area in the lobby set aside to representatives attempting to sell timeshares. The room I was initially given was crappy. The tile was cracked and falling off in the bathroom. The tub has rust in it with areas of adhesive exposed where the tile had been. There was a hideous smell of mildew throughout. I was given another room and offered a third, but I could not escape the mildew fumes.
The food was bland and tasteless. Although it was advertised that food would be available from 5am to 1am, it was not. After about 4:30 or 5pm, the restaurants and outdoor grills shut down in preparation for dinner (which stated at 7:30 or 8pm). In the interim, you had no alternatives. The drinks were weak and all tasted alike. I was extremely disappointed considering I had to pay an expensive mandatory all-inclusive fee. I ended up eating and enjoying drinks at other hotels and restaurants.
The tiny pool was always crowded until late evening; usually it cleared out once dinner commenced. The beach was non-existant. Be weary if you choose this resort, the all-inclusive fee differs. Some people pay more that others. The range I got from different guests was $40 per person per day to as much as I paid, $66.50.
