Quote: After losing three family members in a two-year period, I was determined to break with tradition for the holidays last year. We chose skiing in Lake Tahoe. It proved to be an excellant choice both for family bonding and healing for all of us.

Best Things Nearby:Heavenly skiing, Casinos, Clubs, and shopping.Best Things About the Resort:It was clean.Resort Experience:We were fortunate to be here during the best snow fall in decades! Skiing was perfect! Sites were beautiful! While our unit was clean and sufficient, the furniture resembled rental furniture, and the second bathroom had no ventilation. We were able to watch movies (VCR) rented at the front desk. However, some things that rated this resort lower than normal were they didn't shovel the snow out of parking lot, which made it very difficult to get up hill and park. Sometimes we had to park down the road and walk in, and we had a baby wit...Read More

Ok, buffets aren't usually our choice either, however, after seeing the tantalizing advertisments, one cold day, we did venture to the top of Harrah's to try their Buffet for lunch. Ethnic, BBQ, and seafood all prepared top notch and very clean. Then there was the fantastic dessert buffet! Even if you have no room for dessert, you will undoubtedly drool over the choices! Needless to say we tried it all. I hig...Read More

Our 23-year-old son saw this club advertised in the local paper and said, "We have to go!" Later, we realized it was because he noticed they had "dancers". So, my daughter, her husband, and myself joined him in attempting nightlife in Tahoe! It was a fun experience -- we even tried the oxygen bar! Sexy little "nurses" hook you up to the oxygen. Fun, expensive and yes, there were classy dancers in the cages. If I were in my twenties, I would highly recommend this night club.
