Hawaii 2002

A November 2002 trip to Lihue by DrLuke

A terrific trip at a very good time of year for Hawaii! Kauai is such a beautiful place and having a time share on the island makes returning so much easier. The island is very diverse with regard to terrain . . . so much to do.

Beautiful accommodations in a typical east coast Hawaii setting. Terrific amenities and the staff was very accommodating. Great for family stays and exciting evenings. The beach is a few steps away and the location is conducive to visiting all points on the island with ease.

Good dining experience. Luau style presentation with great entertainment. Big bang for the buck. Great and romantic setting off the beaten path from the other diners.

Restaurant | "Kimchee #2"

Not bad for a Korean restaurant in an out of the way location. Certainly not the best but it will satisfy your craving for Korean food if nothing else. The cost is moderate and the helpings are generous. Highly recommend taking the order to go and finding a nice seaside spot to eat.
