I've travelled around the world with RCI and never been disappointed. However, this holiday in Duta Village resort, Cherating, was an exception. The resort was sub-standard, the facilities nonexistent, and the service, well, enough said. RCI should audit the resorts more often to weed out bad seeds such as this.
