Whistler is an incredible place to ski, eat, and shop.

Location, location, location!!!!!!!! The Crystal Lodge was located near the slope, shopping, and restaurants. They provide daily maid service at no additional charge. Every staff member was friendly and went out of their way to please.

The food, service, and price were unbeatable. It is very family-oriented with a great kids menu. The restaurant is also conveniently located in the main floor of the Crystal Lodge.

I ordered lift tickets and ski rentals on line. There were several pick up locations. Our resort had free overnight storage. The kids went to ski school and my husband and I took a ski clinic. The ski instructors were wonderful. Everything is in walking distance. The mountain has wide, beautiful runs. The runs were a little steep. The greens were comperable to blues at Tahoe.

Story/Tip

Pemberton was a short drive north of Whistler. It is a quaint town with a unique shopping experience. I would recommend The Pemberton Trail for lunch.
