We just love laying in the sun and taking in the lake views. My husband loves that miles of groomed snowmobile trails are just 15 minutes from the condo from December through March.

Quick Tips:

Chelan is aprroximately three to four hours from the Seattle area in eastern Washington.

Best Way To Get Around:

A car is needed.

Uncle Tim makes the BEST pizza we've had anywhere! Also delicious Italian dinners, sanwiches, and salads. His pasta portions are huge, so either split an entree or plan to have leftovers for lunch the next day. A sports bar is on the other side of the restaurant and beer is a specialtity. The restaurant is smoke-free and easily accommodates children.

There are two restaurants at this motel/resort. The downstairs is more formal whereas the upstairs is lighter and funner. Wonderful array of meals, yummy drinks, and outside dining during the warmer months. Serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Lady of the Lake Cruises

You can take cruises up the 50 mile long Lake Chelan to Steheiken, WA, which is only accessible by boat. There is a four hour cruise and a two hour cruise. Both give you two to six hours in Steheiken for eating and exploring. We went the day after Thanksgiving and the scenery was so beautiful with freshly fallen snow on all the trees.
