For years we had heard Harvey''s was the best place to stay. Since we stayed on South Shore for 10 days, instead of checking into Stardust early, we decided to experience Harvey''s. A HUGE MISTAKE! Our hotel room was tiny, worn, and tattered. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls! Furniture looked like it came out of a third rate motel, the bed was lumpy, and the floor slanted over five inches. The refrigerator needed for medications was replaced four times before they found one that worked. I reported my complaints to front desk and they said to "write a letter to management". All the casino staff are dressed in togos and are very friendly. You may even see Caesar walking about! Many interesting shops on site. Restaurants are also wonderful, from the family oriented cafe/buffet to the fine dining Italian restaurant. Several great after-ski parties in the bars. Caesars books many great entertainers for one night performances.
