Heysham is a gorgeous little village--quaint and historic. It's a very relaxing place with fantastic sunsets.

The church is fantastic - wander around the old graves and then take a walk up to the historic ruins of an old castle, which even includes old dug out graves.

Get yourself weighed on the old fashioned weighing machine - you sit in a chair whilst weights are put on to get your correct weight - if you dare!

Rock House

Hotel

A beautiful, cosy, homely room. The English breakfast is definitely filling and tasty. The proprietor is very friendly and is very knowledgeable about the area. A relaxing stay--I would go again.
