A January 2000 trip to Dublin by tweety_pie

This was my first visit to Dublin. I had passed through many times, but had never actually spent time in the city itself.

Overview

On arrival in Dublin you can just sense the friendliness. The scenery is breathtaking, you can have the best of both worlds the hustle and bustle of the city or the peacefulness of the country.

Quick Tips:

I would recomend that you visit the random little restaurants on the side streets or the small little bars to get a real feel for Ireland.

Best Way To Get Around:

Dublin city offers a tram service (dar ) which is the best way to get around the city centre. However I would suggest you get a car to expereince the countryside.
