The steel drum bands! "Sunday School" is a big street party every Sunday evening in Buccoo, with steel drums played by all ages. Music ranged from traditional to classic, with a surprising rendition of "Hotel California". There are food and drink booths, games of chance, and street vendors. A fun time.Quick Tips: Three members of our group were scuba divers, and dove every day (and one night). Best Things Nearby:The scuba diving was the reason we went to this location, but there were also plenty of other things to see and do to occupy non-divers. The island is very small, so everything is relatively nearby--nothing is more than a 2 hour drive.Best Things About the Resort:All the staff members are really friendly, helpful and caring. I needed medical assistance, and they arranged for house-calls, as well as a personal taxi driver to get me to office visits and the pharmacy.
