A January 2003 trip to Cathedral City by Eileen604

Stayed at Cimarron Golf Resort in Cathedral City for two weeks. It's close to the Palm Springs bustle, but very private. There are two golf courses on-site and the units are super.

The long course is open and of moderate difficulty; it's quite pleasant. The executive course is difficult because there are washes between the tees and greens, so you have to land on the green or you're in trouble. The courses are new and lack trees and other vegetation, and the portable washrooms leave a bit to be desired.
