This room was a non-smoking queen room--anyways that is what we booked. First of all I booked online and the lady was very rude to me. I received a great price online about 1/2 price and she told me I was going to pay it all--she wanted her money. And because I booked online, she said that I could not change rooms if I didn't like it. After she had talked to the company, then they gave me my room, but it smelled very smoky and there was 2 doubles, not queens like I had booked. When I said something she said yes that is what you have but I don't have any for you. This hotel is in walking distance to the ocean.

Best Things Nearby:
Saw Grass mall. This mall is huge and has every store you could possiblly want in it. We only saw a small part of it. Great thing to do on a rainy day.

Best Things About the Resort:
The pool is beauitful. It has a waterfalls, is very long, and has a nice size hot tub. Also when you go on the tour of the place the people aren't pushy.

Resort Experience:
This is a rather new place and has nice applicances, king size bed, and a jauzzi. I was a little upset the laundry was in the middle and we were at the other end of the hall. There were no change machines in the building and when I went to the front desk, they had no change either. Mind you that front desk isn't far away, but first you have to take the laundry back to your room and go there and then go back and get the laundry after I went back again to get change later. A lot of the timeshare have these in the rooms and don't charge to use them.
