Bubba Gumps is FUN. You can share a plate of Cajan shrimp--excellent shrimp, for an excellent price. An order of their mashed potatoes is huge. And the Mud Pie... to die for. It stands about 7 inches high and was enough for 3 people--WOW! This is a very fun and casual place. They offer indoor and outdoor seating. I would recommend to anyone, whether on a tight budget or not, to enjoy this place with a group of friends or family. It's quick and has extremely friendly service.

Attraction

Lafayette Cemetery
The Lafayette Cemetery is very old and very beautiful. Although not maintained as well as some of the bigger New Orleans cemeteries, Lafayette offers the perfect photo opportunities: old stones, angels, rustic views, lots of wrought iron. The dates go back to the mid-1800s. You can go there on your own, or with a tour. Only blocks away from the St. Charles Street Trolley (a very fun ride to the Garden District).

FYI: Lafayette is the cemetery Anne Rice features in her Vampire Chronicles.
