Week in Collingwood

This is a Gold Crown resort and the accommodations represented this. We had a 2-bedroom which was quite spacious. Each bedroom had its own bath with a whirlpool tub and glass-enclosed shower. The full kitchen was well-equipped and there was also maid service. There were 2 double beds in each room plus a pull-out couch. Also, the natural gas fireplace was a nice feature.

Best Things Nearby:
Skiing in winter is closeby. We did not get a chance to go as our daughter is young. If you're not a skier, there is not much to do in winter.

Best Things About the Resort:
My daughter enjoyed the pool. There is also a very large hot tub.

The ski hill is not very far from the resort and has a variety of hills. We rented bikes one day with a buggy for our small daughter. There are several trails you can access. Although it was too cold when we visited, in the summer there are nice beaches and the on-site golf courses looked well-maintained. Overall, there is more to do for adults than a family with young children.
