The museum was doing a lot of construction when we were there. It would have been nice when we purchased our tickets if they had told us that a large part of the museum was actually closed. We would have chosen to skip the actual museum and buy a double-feature to the IMAX and add the butterfly exhibit. Also, many specimens were missing or mismarked, like in the mineral section, especially.
Their curator needs to be a bit more descriptive as many items were simply marked "vase", "bowl", etc. with no other information about possible uses, materials they were made from, etc.
