The vendors offer a variety of cuisines. This month the african ones seemed to be very popular. I opted for the strawberry banana crepe topped with stawberry and chocolate sauce. Drinks are available after 12pm.

The music is always great. Bring a chair put it in the shade or sunshine, sit back and let the music go through your body like a wave. Or get up and dance. There are people from all walks of life. I have found no better way to start the month off. Bring a bottle of your favorite beverage and something to snack on, or buy from the vendors. Take a walk on the river and experience many artists along the way. They are at short intervals in mini gazebos, or just under a tree, singing and playing. Once over the railroad track you enter the newer area of the Riverwalk shops. But make sure you're back in time for the main event.

Attraction | "Top Off the Day"

The roar of the Imax cinema and the visual effects take you right into another world. Whether it be Elephants in Africa or canyons in Arizona, you are there.

When in the Riverwalk area there are so many restaurants, clubs and shops that I would be hardpressed to try to pick out just one to recommend in particular. If pushed, however, I would have to say my favorite place would be the Yellow Moon. The music was outrageous. I had margaritas and spinach dip. After a hard day at the Riverwalk Jazz Brunch, it's a great way to 'unwind'.
