There''''s two bedrooms with kitchen, dining room, living room, and two baths. We were on the sixth floor (nine floor building). It was a corner unit with wrap around deck for unobstructed ocean views. Pool, hot tub, and planned activities. No washer and dryer in unit, but are on the main floor free of charge.
There were some planned activities, but nothing of great interest to us. Two hot tubs, but one wasn''t very hot. Pool was warm, but a little small. Lots of deck chairs available and chairs were available to take out to the beach. Units are in need of repair. Patio doors, screens, and bathroom cabinets need repairs and paint. Kitchen had all new appliances and the unit was very nicely furnished. I would recommend this timeshare if you''re looking for a quiet place with beautiful ocean views.
