CHRISTMAS IN TAHOE

A December 2002 trip to Stateline by JAPEXPRESS3

Loved the sking. Loved the unit and the view. Hated the steps (aprox. 80) to get to the 2nd floor condo.

The condo was beautiful. It was spacious, and had 3 large picture windows & a fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was well stocked (mixer, blender, crockpot, etc). Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit while located on the 2nd floor of the building required going up apx. 80 stairs. There were no elevators! The combination of the stairs & the altitude ment trips out/down had to be well planned (if I forgot an item and had to go back up for it, skiing was out for that day). The staff was very friendly & helpful. Midweek maid service was provided. A free shuttle bus provided transportation to town (the casino).

Lake Tahoe and Heavenly Ski Resort.

Best Things About the Resort:
The unit was very spacious, and had a beautiful view of the valley below.

Resort Experience:
Our unit was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked (mixer, blender, crockpot, etc). The living room had three large picture windows (end unit) and a fireplace. The bathrooms were recently remodeled, and the master bath had a huge jacuzzi tub. Midweek maid service was included. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was even free shuttle service to town (Harrah's Casino). Even though our condo was on the second floor of the building, we had to go up approximately 80 steps to get to it.
