Best Things About the Resort:
The view of the lake, lake activities (canoeing, paddleboats, swimming) and the size of the units which are quite tastefully decorated. There is also an indoor pool which overlooks the lake.
Resort Experience:
The units are quite spacious and comfortable, with a patio looking out onto the lake, as well as a view of the ski hill across the lake.
However, when we visited, the professionalism of the staff and management were not up to the usual RCI standard we were used to.
Organized activities were very poor or non-existent. The staff was very nonchalant about the whole activity aspect.
When we visited, the exercise equipment was dilapidated, the outdoor hot tub had been out of service for a year, and the sofa beds in numerous units needed replacement.
With the right management and staff training, this resort would be top notch.
