Our First Adventure

Overview

Quote:
This was our first adventure, so we learned a lot and had an enjoyable time. Although it was off season, the weather was still acceptable, and even though it rained for 3 days, we were still able to tour around and see the sights. The whole area was relatively quiet and kind of deserted, but that was ok for us. The beach is extremely clean, and the boardwalk is great for walking, biking, and rollerblading. We even saw whales swim by very close to shore about 7am one morning. Our condo had a large balcony that overlooked the ocean. Although they do not take reservations, it is busy, and advised us to arrive early. We took a table in the smoking section, rather than waiting for a non-smoking table. They serve very generous portions, we did not leave hungry. The steak was excellent, as well as the seafood. A friendly staff, and well worth going.
